My Journey
I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of holistic medicine since 2022. In 2020 I decided to start my journey in education when covid-19 struck, the urge to help people through holistic medicine not only became a passion, but an obligation. I love empowering patients to understand their mind, bodies and soul through reflexology and massage whilst discovering the gentle power of the healing arts.
As a devoted Holistic Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Holistic Therapist.

I want my patients to take control of their own healing. I want them to understand how powerful their minds and bodies really are, and how each organ and symptom is part of a larger system. Since starting my education in hand reflexology and massage therapy, I have been giving free treatments to close friends and family for experience. This has also helped me gain new knowledge of illness whilst keeping my skill base up to scratch. There have been many important people in my life that are apart of the holistic community, I would like to thank all of them for giving me the inspiration and guidance on my journey through holistic medicine.

I'd decided as a child that I wanted my own business, only to find a few years ago that my business would be catered to holistic medicine. The art of holistic therapy has gone down three generations in my family, because of this I'm unbelievably proud to of created a business that has the essence of my mother and grandmother. I hope and believe that my new business will flourish in helping individuals gain peace, love and acceptance with their mind, soul and body.

Suffolk Clinic has been apart of my life for many years, from having treatments all the way to work experience. I've met many wonderful practitioners through the years at Suffolk, many of which taught me wisdom and the joys of being a practitioner. The clinic staff and patients generously let me sit in and observe appointments to learn first hand what its like to help someone, They've also let me treat family and friends from the clinic for free to gain experience and take my role as a holistic therapist to the next level. Since September I have rented a space out from Suffolk Clinic to treat my clients.

I heard of Coventry Osteopathic & Sports Injury Clinic through a dexterous acupuncturist. I've only recently started work in the Clinic, but am very happy with the environment, the atmosphere is so tranquil and serene. The practice manager has made the transition into the clinic extremely professional and smooth, whilst being very kind herself. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to rent a room out of this community.
