cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give up to 48hours notice. failure to the 48 hours i will ask for a 50% charge of your treatment cost. Any cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will result in a 100% charge of your treatment cost. to pay this fee you will either need to bank transfer or bring in the exact amount into the clinic if applicable. If you fail to pay the cancellation fee you won't be booked in for any further appointments. The reason that you'll need to pay a fee is that there wasn't enough time for that appointment slot to be given to someone else, please understand that this is a business, missing or cancelling an appointment without a reason won't be taken lightly.
