I can highly recommend Elysia for hand reflexology, from the time you go in and discuss any problems you may have, to the lovely hand massage treatment with essential oils, you're treated in a professional manner. I started seeing Elysia due to health issues rooted from stress and anxiety, after five months I have noticed a big change in myself, my anxiety is less noticeable and by changing my mind set I am now able to cope with my other health problems, which are so much better since treatment.
