Hand Reflexology
Some Of The Benefits Of Reflexology -
Relaxation
Improved nerve function
Improved brain power
Increased blood circulation
Eliminate toxins
Boosted energy levels
Alleviate headaches
relieves menstruation/ pregnancy pain
Reflexology is a treatment based on the principle that there are areas and points on the feet, hands, and ears that are connected through the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body. When pressure is applied to these areas and points it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels and helps to restore homeostasis balance in the body.
Massage
Depending on the strength of the massage the body will have different effects, a softer massage will induce relaxation. softer massages use a combination of specific massage techniques to produce a therapeutic effect. This can be used to reduce stress, decrease pain and increase feeling of calmness and well-being. A softer massage can also produce many physiological effects, which benefit the body. Physiological effects such as reduced heart rate, increased blood circulation, increased temperature and stimulation of sensory receptors.
Techniques used within any massage can also help to stretch and loosen soft tissues allowing more movement around joints. A moderate massage is the use of soft and strong techniques, this means that you're still getting the relaxation of a soft massage whilst also dealing with knots and tension.

A strong massage is a type of massage that focuses on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissues. It is used to help realign tissues back into normal form and is used to help relief pain and stiffness. Strong massage techniques are applied with deep pressure and at a slow rate to areas of tension and pain in order to reach deep muscles and fascia. A strong massage works by physically breaking down hard areas of rigid tissue called adhesion and relieve pain.
Magnesium oil
Transdermal (through the skin) magnesium therapy has shown to be effective as it is absorbed straight into the body’s cells and tissues and raises magnesium levels in the body over a shorter amount of time. Transdermal magnesium massage is very popular as it enhances tissue recovery, reduces pain, improves tendon and ligament flexibility and helps break down inflammation therefore easing muscle cramps and spasms.
Epsom Salt foot soak
An epsom salt foot soak is another way of getting magnesium into the body. Along with epsom salts, your foot soak will have an aroma oil in that will help with your unique needs. Foot soaks help alleviate itchiness, soreness and odour in the feet as well as reducing inflammation, improving circulation and being all round good for the body.
